WHEN ONE BANK ISN’T THE WHOLE PICTURE

A few accounts.
One actual life.

Your everyday card sees the groceries. Your other account sees the rent. Verss brings the statements together, so you can understand the month they belong to.

  • Bring in past months, right from the start.
  • Keep your categories consistent across accounts.
  • See each currency on its own. No invented exchange rates.

YOUR DATA DESERVES A STRAIGHT ANSWER

Your statements.

No bank connection or ongoing account sync. You choose when to add a statement.

FILE STORAGE

Encrypted files. A delete button.

Files are encrypted at rest. Delete a statement to remove its stored file and imported transactions.

Do I need to connect my bank?

No. Upload an exported statement, then add your email. Verss cannot access or sync your bank account.

What files can I upload?

CSV exports are supported, with column mapping if the format is unusual. PDF support currently includes Revolut, monobank, Caixa and ActivoBank. The maximum file size is 10 MB.

Does it read scanned statements or photos?

Not yet. The file needs a real text layer, not an image.

Can I start with last year’s statements?

Yes. Add past months as well as recent ones. Duplicate files are blocked and overlapping transactions are checked for duplicates.

What if a category is wrong?

Change it in the review queue or transaction details. Save a rule to categorize matching transactions, including earlier ones.

Are different currencies added together?

No. Each currency has its own totals. Verss does not invent an exchange rate to combine them.

What will my first report include?

A one-time preview of up to 100 transactions across your uploads. All transactions are imported, but only the preview is categorized and included in charts and totals. You can choose to unlock the rest from your results.

What happens to my uploaded file?

It is stored encrypted so you can reopen it. Deleting the statement removes its stored file and imported transactions. Read the data page for details about AI processing.
